Across Eastern Wisconsin, thousands of families are facing food insecurity, making it difficult to consistently access the fresh, nutritious foods that support long-term health and well-being.

The FarmShare Box Program bridges that gap by connecting local farmers with our strong network of hunger relief partners to provide boxes of Wisconsin-grown fruits and vegetables to our neighbors in need. This approach not only delivers healthy food to families who might otherwise go without, but also strengthens our local food system by supporting the farmers in our communities who grow it.

What’s Inside a FarmShare Box?:

Each FarmShare Box includes a thoughtfully-balanced variety of locally grown produce, carefully selected to provide up to two weeks of nutritious food for a family. Fruits and vegetables are sourced regionally, packed with care, and delivered directly to our hunger relief partners.

How It Works:

STEP ONE:

Make a monetary gift using the secure check-out below*. Every $50 donation funds one (1) FarmShare box.

STEP TWO:

With the help of local partners, we source and purchase fresh foods from local growers, which are then packed into FarmShare boxes.

STEP THREE:

FarmShare boxes are delivered directly to our hunger relief network who will distribute them to neighbors facing food insecurity.

*At check-out, please indicate whether there is a preferred county you would like the FarmShare box or boxes to be delivered to. We will then ensure a hunger relief partner within that county receives the box, or the box is delivered to a county with the greatest need.
