Over the past year, food pantries and meal programs across Eastern Wisconsin have seen a 30-40% increase in the number of people seeking food assistance. This holiday season, join Midwest comedian, Charlie Berens and Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin in helping provide hOPE to families who need it most during Food for the Holidays, in partnership with Pick ‘n Save and Metro Market!
Right now, your generosity can go even further! Through December 31, 2026, every donation to Food for the Holidays will be matched dollar-for-dollar, thanks to an anonymous donor. That means every $1 becomes $2 to help provide fresh, nourishing food and the comfort of a shared holiday meal. It’s a simple way to help make the holidays a little brighter for families across Eastern Wisconsin.

You can also make a difference at your neighborhood Pick ’n Save or Metro Market store this holiday season! For a $6.99 donation, Metro Market shoppers can pick up a copy of the Who’s Coming to Dinner? cookbook, featuring more than 40 recipes from chefs across Wisconsin and Illinois. Proceeds benefit local food banks, including Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, while supplies last. Shoppers can also support their neighbors facing hunger by rounding up their purchases in-store.
