Bucks Foundation Assists Families in Need

We all know about the team’s historic Game 6 Championship win, but the Milwaukee Bucks’ charitable arm also has reason to celebrate.

“Every time we think of Milwaukee and our work in this area, I know that our Bucks Foundation and our Bucks leadership is going to be part of it in some way,” shares Patti Habeck, President and CEO of Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin.

In addition to our friends from the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation volunteering at the food bank, Head Coach Mike Budenholzer held the third consecutive season of Coach Bud’s Assists for Hunger program. For every assist the Bucks recorded, Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin received $15.

In the 2020-2021 regular season, the Bucks finished with 1,834 assists. That equaled 82,530 meals for local families!

We are so thankful for the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation — and partners like you — for helping us fight hunger every day. Thank you!
