Paige previously served as Donor Relations Assistant for the Cleveland Foundation and the Guest Services Manager for the Children’s Museum of Richmond. Get to know a little more about Paige in our Q&A with her below.

Why Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin?
I’m new to Milwaukee and was searching to find my place in a nonprofit doing meaningful work in the community.
What do you enjoy most about working with volunteers?
In high school, I volunteered in second and third grade classrooms and really enjoyed connecting with kids and helping them with their school work. From talking with students, my volunteering also had a positive impact on them too. I enjoy how volunteering provides benefits in both directions: to the organization using volunteer skills and time as a resource to meet their goals, and to the volunteer as an individual looking to do good work and give back.
What’s unique about the volunteer experience here?
At Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, volunteers are truly critical to the work of the organization. Pretty much all the food donations are processed by the hard work of thousands of volunteers each year. Without our volunteers, we would not be able to get much needed food out to those in need.
What activities do you enjoy in your free time?
I enjoy spending time outside with my dog on long walks (weather permitting!)
