On Saturday, March 16, Three Harbors Council, Boy Scouts of America, will collect non-perishable food donations directly from homes in the Milwaukee, West Allis, Wauwatosa, Franklin, Burlington, and Kenosha areas.

Look out for an info placard left on your front door from the Boy Scouts to know if your neighborhood will be eligible for direct donation pickup. Eligible homes simply need to leave donations on their doorstep on March 16, and Scouts will handle the rest!

Scouting for Food is a national community initiative that collects tens of thousands of pounds of food every year in southeastern Wisconsin alone. All of the food donated goes directly to Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin food pantry partners, where local residents can go to receive groceries completely free of charge. To find a food pantry near you, visit FeedingAmericaWI.org/find-help.

Scouting for Food is generously supported by Tri City National Bank. Miss the date but still interested in donating food? Visit your nearest Pick n’ Save location and drop off non-perishable food donations in the Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin box location in the front of the store.
