Dear Friends,

This year we celebrated 40 years as a food bank serving Wisconsinites facing hunger. The work we do has evolved greatly over the last four decades. It’s about more than just providing surplus food to those without. It’s about providing hope. It’s about finding solutions for not  just the now, but also the why.

Together with the network of pantries we support, our staff, the thousands of volunteers we see each week, donors, and the community organizations who share our passion for solving hunger in Wisconsin, we are doing more than ever before. We are ensuring our neighbors in need have access to healthy and culturally appropriate food. We are engaging community organizations and the residents within those communities to develop programs that get to the root causes of hunger and help us all move forward together.

As an effective and agile leader in hunger relief, we are there when the communities we serve are in a pinch. From distributing millions of dollars in funding to our pantry network primed to do more and serve more, to handing out grocery store gift cards to families who spent days without power, we are there.

Beyond helping to meet immediate needs, we continue to collaborate with organizations across the state to bring solutions that serve the underserved, give a voice to those without, and get to the root causes of hunger in the very communities where we are planted.

Thank you for your support, generosity, and dedication to our communities. We are happy to be celebrating 40 years with you as we honor our past while feeling inspired about our future.
