SUMMARY:Stuff the Bus
DESCRIPTION:With Thanksgiving fast approaching\, several community organizations are coming together to help those in need by hosting one of the largest holiday food drives in the state! \nFeeding America Eastern Wisconsin’s 28th Annual Stuff the Bus event kicks off at 11 a.m. on Friday\, November 21st – at SIX METRO MARKET stores (see below for exact locations) – and continues throughout the day until 6 p.m. \nDonors are asked to bring non-perishable food items from home\, or purchase pre-packed “Sack Hunger Bags” for $5 at the check-out lines of any of the Stuff the Bus store locations to fill a Milwaukee County Transit System bus or Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin truck parked in front of each store. Supporters may also make monetary donations in-person during the event or online to ensure our neighbors in need have nutritious food to eat\, not just during the holidays\, but all year long. DESCRIPTION:Join all of Midwest Communications’ Green Bay/Appleton radio stations (Y100\, WIXX\, WTAQ\, Duke FM\, Jack FM\, and WNFL) for a holiday food and funds drive in support of Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin! \nStations will be broadcasting live at three area Festival Foods stores from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday\, November 10th\, collecting non-perishable food items and cash donations to benefit our local pantries\, shelters\, and neighbors in need. \nIf you don’t have time to drop off food items\, you can click HERE to make a monetary donation! \nFind us at the following Festival Foods locations: \nGreen Bay: 2250 W.
